Sequence Verification: Ensure 100% sequence accuracy via mass spectrometry.
Solubility: Ensure peptide dissolves in intended solvents; typically ≥1 mg/mL.
Residual Solvents: Levels must be below regulatory limits, tested by GC.
Endotoxin Levels: ≤0.1 EU/mg, tested via LAL Assay.
Water Content: ≤5%, tested by Karl Fischer Titration.
Stability: Peptide should remain stable with minimal degradation over time.
